We're Jason and Becky King. We run King HR Advisory from Sheffield and work with organisations across the UK. We're a family-owned HR consultancy that works with founders, MDs and charity leaders who don't have senior HR in-house but have reached the point where they need it. We keep our client list small. When you work with us, you get us.

Jason's background spans the charity sector, insurance, financial services, manufacturing and care — including scaling a business from 200 to 400+ people across the UK and EMEA, and serving as a board trustee at two Yorkshire charities. Becky brings a decade of leadership across not-for-profit and hospitality including leading teams of 20.

Charities and social enterprises. Typically 10 to 150 people, led by a CEO or ED who cares deeply about their mission and their team but doesn't have a dedicated HR function. We've worked inside purpose-led organisations and sat on their boards. We understand governance, safeguarding, funding-cycle pressures and trustee expectations. The work is the same.
