Fractional Head of People
For businesses that need senior people leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire.
You've got the team, the ambition, and the growing pains, but not the headcount for a senior HR leader. We embed with you part-time, attend your leadership meetings, and own the people agenda alongside you.
Typically involves: people strategy, leadership coaching, ER oversight, policy and compliance, organisational design, and being the person your managers call when something lands on their desk.
Best for organisations between 30 and 150 people who know they need this role but can't justify it full-time yet.
Retained engagement, typically 2–4 days per month.
Advisory Services
For businesses that want senior HR expertise on hand without a big commitment.
You're mostly handling things fine. But every now and then something comes up, a grievance, a contract question, a tricky conversation, and you want someone proper to talk it through with. Not a helpline. An actual senior HR professional who knows your business.
Includes regular check-ins, direct access when you need it, and the confidence that you're not making it up as you go.
Best for smaller or early-stage businesses that want a safety net with real expertise behind it.

Strategic Projects
For a specific challenge with a clear start and end.
Maybe it's a restructure. A TUPE transfer. A pay and reward review. A disciplinary that's gone sideways. You don't need an ongoing relationship — you need someone experienced to come in, do the work properly, and hand it back.
We scope it, agree a fixed fee, and deliver. No scope creep, no open-ended retainer.
Best for businesses that have something specific keeping them up at night and want it dealt with by someone who's done it before.

Manager Coaching
For the people managing your people.
Most managers get promoted because they're good at their job. Nobody teaches them how to manage. We work with your managers one-to-one or in small groups — building confidence around difficult conversations, performance, absence, and the stuff that actually trips people up.
